The Collins Group Wholesale Show in Boston

I am so excited to share this with all of you! I was a vendor at the show and we had a contest to make a project centered around a quote, “Let go. Let fly. Forget. You’ve listened long enough. Now strike your note.” Seamus Heaney I was up against tough competition, including Mitra from Impression Obessessions and Micheal Strong. The store owners voted and I WON!!

Here s the piece I entered….Enjoy

Totally Gorgeous Card by Virginia Behrens

Hi Everyone, It’s Anna again blogging for Stacy. We are so excited and so looking forward to seeing Stacy today at the Creative Corner. It won’t be long now.

I also wanted to share with you a fabulous card that Ginny made for my shop. (I am so blessed to have her on my Design Team.)

Ginny used Stacy’s Pumpkin Patch stamp as well as the Spellbinders Scalloped border set. She colored the pumpkins with Copics. And of course it looks sooo much better in real life, but this should give you some inspiration for your Thanksgiving Day projects.

Thanks for stopping by and check back soon, as we’ll give you the scoop on Stacy’s travels! Anna Seniw

Stacy’s New Baby Animals!

Hi Everyone! It’s Anna again, blogging on Stacy’s blog.

Hope all of you are enjoying the warm weather!!! It’s just great here….we’ve waited so long for it!

I just wanted to post the samples that Stacy made with her latest babies!

Aren’t they cute? They were simply colored with colored pencils or the cream metallic chalks.

Stacy always does such a great job; always simple. yet very dramatic.

These would make great cards for the men in our lives… just in time for Father’s Day!

Hope this gives you some inspiration for your project.

Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by! Anna

BlogHop

It will start you on bloghop that I am proud to be a part of. This group makes and collects cards to be sent to our troops overseas so they have cards to mail home to their loved ones (no Hallmark on the corner over there).
The card featured here has my eagle, ‘Freedom’
remembering our troops and out Vets and thanking them for our freedom!
This stamp and my entire line can be viewed at http://www.stamplistic.com/ Also check out additional renderings by my artist Eric J. Dull at http://www.brokenroadstudio.blogspot.com
Have a great Memorial Day Weekend and thank a vet for our ‘Freedom’.
I truly hope I did this right!!!

Wildflower Card

The Wildflower set #341T (new this year) is a unique set that can be used for cards for men and/or women. The cattails are masculine where the Queen Anne’s Lace is very feminine. Of course the cornflower can be used for either. In the sample card, we have embossed the 3 flowers on decorative scrapbooking paper with clear ink and red embossing powder — a combination you may not have thought would look great with these flowers, but it DOES! We then stamped the “thinking of you (411B) again with the clear ink and green powder on vellum, added brads and layered. Quick, easy and WOW!
